Worst service ever, nvr saw a branch so lazy like this.
Worse. Need to wait 1 and half hour, called just to asked me to sit down and wait for another recall. Until 5pm, they just closed counter and slowly disappeared. Like I never existed.

You can shut down this outlet...why running it with just one staff to handle all the staff...should see how other outlet under Ambank are doing...we are asked to wait outside the bank...for 2 hrs...the security guard convincing people to not wait by telling it will take 2 hrs
I think should improve staffs productivity, waiting time too long, many counter available, but no one try to speed up customer waiting time.
