Super slow service and inefficiency I respect staffs time for solat jumaat, but dont respect after they are back from it still taking their own sweet time to do work.

very bad service by front desk, a malay lady ( age around 50 years old) was incompetence and rude. Please take an action. I have read the comment below she has some serious issues to deal with!

Great services and polite employees

Wow.... unbelievable service can't complaint at all.... Solved my financial needs from them within seconds. I think this should be their branch manager had trained them well and treat their customer right. I will come back to this branch again in near future.

Unprofessional customer service who hold the title as “Customer Service Officer “ in this branch. Rude and don’t know how to respect people when we try to tell what’s our problem with the account. We are travelling all the way from KL to Alor Setar just to close an account but the service we received very terrible which I don’t expect this kind of experience with CIMB.
