Hong Leong Bank No. 18 & 20 Jalan 20/16a Taman Paramount

The staff at the branch here are amazing. From the young Indian boy who is the security guard to Maznah, Mimi and Lili at the front counter. I’ve banked with a lot of banks here in Malaysia and Singapore and I don’t think I’ve ever come across the kind of care, attention, warmth and efficiency I feel when I go to Hong Leong Paramout garden. They make it all so smooth. And this is not the first time. It happens all the time. So it’s something in the dna of these wonderful human beings. They are so special. They all deserve a raise!

I am happy to come to hong leong bank taman paramount branch. All staff was friendly and happily greeting me and serve me. Razak, lily and mimi was very helpful in solving my query on hong leong coonect apps. Good job and well done to the branch staff

This branch the counter staff are all very friendly specifically to the elders & frequent customers. The way they interact with the seniors is indeed so heart warming to watch everytime I visit the branch! Please keep it up!

Went to open a savings account, upon having my number called to the counter the staff redirected me to another officer. Even before I was invited to seat I was barraged with questions of why and what's the purpose of opening account several times and very loudly too. I was only invited to seat after I made an attempt to pull out the chair. Upon telling it was for my daily usage and my previous bank always maintenance after 12am I was told can't open account and need income tax declaration form or employment offer letter form or if student need scholarship letter and etc. The word purpose and why open account was uttered about 10 time in this very short span of conversation. All this information was kind of shouted at me rather than explained to me in a nice way. Definitely suggest to just open account online to save hassle of dealing with rude staffs over here. The nicest person here seems to be the guard handling the door and assisting to get queue number.

I have been a customer of this Hong Leong branch for nearly twenty years from the time they were in SEA PARK to their move to PARAMOUNT GARDEN. All staff, those who have been with this branch plus the new ones, are helpful and friendly. I guess it works both ways - good customer service together with kindness from customers when glitches to the banking system appear through no fault of the bank's counter staff. And so it is, that I will joyfully remain an appreciative customer, acknowledging each staff including the security guard with a broad smile whenever I walk through the doors of this branch. Kudos!
