Had a great experience at **CIMB Bank SS2 PJ branch today. The whole process was smooth and efficient — no long waiting time, which I really appreciate. The front counter staff were very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Special thanks to Branch Manager Alice for being attentive and helpful throughout. Professional team and excellent service. Highly recommended! 👏✨

I don't know much about what other's said bout slow service & even favouritism but.... So far, my experiences are good & well here with friendly staff who's doing their best at work. It wasn't the fastest or perfect, yes. But patience is all they ask for. Kudos to the staff!

Don't come to this branch. Ridiculously slow service!!! Even when the system shows your number, they will ask you to sit down first. No customer service at the front to assist customers.

⭐️ 1 Star - Poor Management, Clear Favoritism, 3 Hours Wasted! Title: Staff Prioritized Friends + Broke Appointments Twice! Review: My experience at this bank branch was utterly disappointing: · Took a number at 11:00 AM, was told to return at 1:00 PM. · Arrived early at 12:45 PM, filled out the forms, and then watched the staff member scroll through his phone and chat idly. · Most frustratingly, he clearly prioritized helping a later customer who he obviously knew, ignoring the line order entirely. After making us wait pointlessly for 30 minutes, he told us to wait until 2:00 PM! From 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, nearly 3 hours of my time was completely wasted. If the business truly required this much delay, why not be transparent from the beginning? The employee had time to use his phone and talk with acquaintances but no time to serve waiting customers? This was the most unprofessional bank experience I’ve ever had. Strongly advise choosing another branch.

VIP priviledge center ticketing is not working always. The processing time at VIP center is slower than counter downstair. Manager did not manage the IT very well. Their execuyive claim server down and pc slow.
