Prime Bank Limited is renown bank of Bangladesh,it’s their uttara branch recently shifted from Jasim Uddin road to here.branch space is not enough but workable. Their service is also very expensive,so many charges are there. Though service objective of the Prime Bank Limited is specific and targeted to its vision and to position itself in the mindset of the people as ‘a bank with difference’
Service is good. But their main problem I think all the system depends on head office. If you do FDR and so if have to collect its paper another day, they won't mail this.Its so annoying. In this digital time they should upto date themselves. Additionally one can't reach them over the phone. U have to call multiple times.☹️☹️
A commercial Bank. One of the better banks in Bangladesh.
