I got a remittance on 2nd December 2024, today, 29th December, but I didn’t get it yet. They asked me for some documents to prove of payments. I provided that. The remittance easier says every day, today will be credited to your fund. But it didn't yet. I called the branch manager for it but transferred the call to the remittance cashier. I will report to Bangladesh Bank tomorrow.

Worst Service. Don't know how to handle customers. Uneducated person hold the job at Bank Opening sector. They're just gossiping while customer sit there. They should take step about that. 5 minutes work needed 1 hour in there. Others Branch are good enough but Uttara Branch is like heaven of unworthy person. Disappointing.
