Dutch Bangla Bank ltd. Uttara branch located at josimuddin road. Today i have gone there and saw the branch is good quality management. The three floor 1st floor and 2nd floor are for general banking and 4th floor is for vip banking. Comparatively this branch is not huge gathering as like other branch of DBBL

This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I went in to open an account, and they made me wait for FOUR HOURS. They asked for an endless list of unnecessary documents and delayed the entire process. Only after I contacted customer care was I able to finally get the account opened. The staff is beyond incompetent—one guy from Bogura had no clue what he was doing and was just wandering around. I then decided to apply for a credit card. They collected all my details, and for 18 DAYS, nothing happened. On the 19th day, I gave up and canceled the request. I opened a new account with MTB, and within just 7 days, I had my credit card in hand. The employees are absolutely useless. They don’t know how to do their job, they can’t give you basic information, and their lack of professionalism is astonishing. Don’t waste your time here—go somewhere else where they actually know what they're doing.

Such a bizarre customer service experience. They don't communicate properly with the customer. I told i want internet banking facilities so that i can make transactions from overseas. They just gave me one form to apply. They didn't tell me that i need a token to do transaction. 4days later i got this information from someone else. Now i had to come again to apply for the token and waiting for hours to get the service. They give an expression like they are favouring us. Their attitude is like government banks. Such a disgusting experience. Please don't go there to open an account if you don't have one.
