I needed some very basic services from the bank, so I went to the branch and talked to the manager. He seemed like a good guy, but honestly, a few of the staff there don’t even meet the minimum standards for their jobs. They’re either not trained properly, or this is just the best they can do. The operations manager was supposed to help or at least give me some idea about my issue, but she clearly had no clue what she was dealing with. I’m really frustrated — makes me wonder who’s hiring these people in the first place. Well, the only good thing I find about this branch is that it’s neat and clean.
Prime bank authorities should give training to all officers of this branch on corporate behavior with customers, their behavior with customers is very rude.
Good Service Most of my university semester fee paid in this brunch.
