Though it’s a private banks but in terms of service quality and staffs behaviour reminds me decades old memory in Government banks which were expected that time. Even Government owned banks services improved a lot now a days. I don’t know why the staffs in this branch of Prime bank forgets to smile and why they're rude to their clients. Main entrance is confusing. You have to take the stairs from side of the building, not from the main road. Facilities are as of other private banks.

They don't have any Atm Booth.. Even their staffs (Guard) are not helpful to give information about where can find another Atm Booth. They don't have any experienced or mannered staff.
