Dutch Bangla Bank offers a great service for their customers. I am using this bank account as my primary bank account for the last five years and didn't face any trouble. The stuff's of New Market branch is pretty experienced and they always try their best to solve the customers problem.

Terrible service at this branch. Went to replace my card and open online banking, but they couldn’t provide either. They have no idea when the new cards will arrive, and their online banking system is always down. Staff seemed unhelpful and clueless about solutions. If you need reliable banking services, this is NOT the place to go.

Campus Card: You can only transactions in USD or BDT currency at a one time. This card will not permit any dynamic transaction like you did transaction in BDT, it will not automatically be converted into USD! So it is more like useless card!! It is a prepaid Visa card. It took only 575 taka cash with 5 years validity, also requires photo of cardholder and nominee, student ID (as it is mainly for the students), Resident ID, NID of your and nominee. You have to fill up a application form. That's it. Then it will take 10-15 days to prepare your card. And you will get the card status via text or phone call from the bank.
