They dont know how to answer calls until they close. Doesnt know how to make proper times for pick up very unprofesional people they need to fire half their crew if they cant get checks sign or calls taken in the time of day of opertion. Last time i went in they were all talking yapping away when i called 25 times before arriving. Like this if you have had experiences with them before

Nicole and her team are excellent and super helpful and personable. I've been having some issues as a trustee for my father but her and the team have been super supportive during the whole process and with helping me attempt to get my fathers finances back in order. I do wish they were open saturdays for even a half day! Otherwise a very nice looking bank and the staff are just wonderful.

My wife, daughter and I have been to the bank on three different occasions. The staff is unorganized, rude and ineffectual. No one in the local First Nation even works there. Kind of tells you something. We wanted to invest money there but the way we were treated we just went elsewhere. My wife and daughter are from the local first nation and can't believe how they are treated on their own first nation by this business. Poorly run. Avoid. Guy that worked there was a real uppity, prig.

First Nation Bank of Canada located at Enoch First Nation, is probably the best banking organization I have ever experienced! The staff and management are top notch and address any and all your concerns regarding your needs! I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great bank and baniking experience in the Edmonton area!
