Didn’t even know this TD location was here — tucked away but super convenient. I was in the area for a quick stop at a nearby restoration store and figured I’d grab a bit of cash. In and out fast. Very clean, newer-looking branch, and not busy at all. Handy to know about if you’re ever in the west end and need quick banking without traffic or parking chaos.

went into this bank since I was close by, there was one person in front of me and he was with the teller, then the waiting began.... APPROXIMATELY 30 mins later i was finally served with a teller that kept going back and forth while I waited again! There was a line up beginning because the first teller was very slow and seemed to have trouble with his computer. All I wanted was a cash withdrawal because the ONE atm was out of service! worst bank service ever with no efficiency, it seemed no one cared about great customer service at this location while other tellers walked back and forth ignoring the line up then a couple of them left for end of their shift maybe??? Anyway felt so ignored and dismissed. I will not be using this location again, especially if I'm in a hurry!

It's beyond a nightmare to deal with TD, got my wallet stolen with all my ID with my TD card . To get a new Bank card I need a physical copy of my ID despite having a picture of it in my Google photos , and 10+ things of mail, from the government federal and provincial and still have my ODP device . Yet they can't give a new debit card . Yet you can pull out some money from the account . Make it make sense. Tell you to go to a registry where apparently you just need a utility bill with the same address 🤔, and they will mail you a new ID card . The policies need to change with TD , very mismanaged . So can't use my funds in my account for over 3 weeks till I get my new ID in the mail . TD doesn't care if your electricity or utilities get cut off . The staff are unreasonable and rude .

I’ve had to wait in line the odd time but it doesn’t matter where you go sometimes there a line up. Business can’t have 6-7 people standing around for the few times a day when there’s a flood of people coming in to the bank. I’ve never had a bad experience at this branch. Desiree ( financial advisor ) at this branch is the best. I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ out of five.

Fix your exterior machine, has been broke over 20+ times this year when have gone to withdraw or deposit funds. Has to be a world record, no other ATM in the city has ever given me so much trouble
