Excellent, top notch service, no matter who you are. The manager Claudia, should be applauded for making everyone feel valued and respected. A former Wall Street municpal investment banker moons ago, starting a new venture, and it has been a bit of work, with challenges - she has been a shining light in my journey. Top-notch. Period. This branch is complete trash. From the short, dark skinned security guard, they have out Patrolling the parking lot instead of the actual bank. The tellers are unfriendly and super slow this team is very unpleasant to deal with starting with that security guard who is extremely rude.

I have banked at this location for the past 17 years, and overall, I have been getting good customer service and would highly recommend that bank. They greet everyone by the name and address of any issue I would have. Just think of any bank where you banking they would remember you while you are in line and help you with a big smile
