Slow and inattentive service. No ATM inside. People leaving the teller Lijen after waiting forever. Avoid this hellish branch.

The most unwelcome experience from a guy teller at the counter who sit the second from the left. He should have not work in the service industry.

Very good customer service and really good staff. Problem. Runs out of cash at the ATMs. Happened over the weekend of May 4th. 2025 around noon. That seems to be systemic with Wells Fargo these days.. They used to be 100% reliable. As far as cash at ATMs cuz I would give the past 12 months on 90% reliability. That's really sad for one of the largest banks in the United States

Manish is an excellent banker. He helped me open an account and patiently explained various terms and addressed any concerns I had throughout the process. By the way, their office has many charming, classic paintings that add a nice touch.

Very good customer service on my two visits. I did a wire transfer to an international business and I needed a notary (free to Wells customers). I did not have to wait at all for my first visit and 15 min on my second visit. Parking lot is great - happy to have free parking on this end of Solano.
