It is always a pleasure to enter the 601 Market Street branch of Wells Fargo. I’m always greeted with a big smile, a hello and fist bump from Rovan there. He goes far and above what staff do in any type of retail and banking, period. Rovan is always patient, informative and friendly and courteous. I couldn’t ask for better service anywhere in any capacity. It is most refreshing in today’s world to find these qualities. If Wells Fargo is smart, they will hold on to him. He is management material. I know, I have been a business owner for several decades. Service is top notch. Thank you Rovan. You are appreciated.

You have to wait forever to be helped. And the people here are so lazy, when you arrived no body will say hi or hello.Even they see you sitting and waiting on the waiting area, they will not even approach you or ask you if you need help or what.Bad customer service.Thats why 8 closed my acct.with them.Everytime i need something i will wasted my time waiting to be helped with.

Wells Fargo is a wonderful place if you plan to be ripped off from your money and lied to! I made a Way2Save savings account with this specific bank branch and the banker (Francisco Cortes) created my account which required me to hold $25,000 to be eligible for their $525 bonus after 90 days had passed with the funds in the account. There are two options that occurred in this situation...either there was malicious intent and Francisco Cortes knew I was ineligible due to having a previous savings account from years ago and decided to ignore it and make the account without stating my ineligibility...or he was not aware of this which was pure negligence on his part and made my account. Either option is extremely unprofessional and goes to show who I entrusted my funds with. When the time came I looked at my balance and noticed that no additional funds were added. After contacting the bank and being given the run around by multiple phone staff I was able to finally have an investigation
