National Bank 3323 23 Street Northeast North Airways

This used to be an amazing bank with very good customer service, been at this bank for over 20 years. Now? I'd give it a zero. Taken over by National Bank, at the whim of the corrupt Canadian government that has shut down Canadian's bank accounts for buying a T-shirt , I feel treated like a criminal, service is also nonexisting with the exception of the great tellers. Good luck getting a hold of someone. If you look for a bank that works for you and not against you and protects you, choose an Alberta Credit Union! You won't regret it. Not going to stay.

Very poor customer service bother when going to the office building and also when trying to get a hold of people working there on the phone. Response time to messages left lately has been terrible as well. Updated from 2 stars to 1: Went in again and again received poor and useless customer service; the person I spoke to seemed to think I want to come back repeatedly for something that could be taken care of in a few minutes and in one visit.

Absolutely do not use this bank, it's a terrible bank, and no one at their service wants to help you.

A lovely newer branch with knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially the financial people! A shout out to our advisor Nancy who is never too busy to take our phone calls or meet with us in her office.
