BMO Bank of Montreal 8282 Centre Street North Beddington Heights

Johny was super friendly, patient, organized and efficient during my appointment. He was very sweet, professional and interactive throughout. Definitely happy with my experience and would come back when needed. A huge shout out to Johny for making me feel comfortable and welcomed into the branch and taking care of my financial needs!! I highly recommend! Thank you! The branch is very busy and I feel is understaffed which could use more tellers to assist with the long line ups rather than just 2!!

I feel very disappointed with the service at the Beddington BMO branch. Andrew was assigned to handle our investment appointment. We took time off work and adjusted our schedules because we work Monday to Friday and Saturdays are always fully booked at this branch. We did our part and came prepared. However, he failed to inform us that a physical signature was required, which forced us to return to the branch. We agreed to meet again at 5:00 pm, arrived on time, but were made to wait over 20 minutes. After the long wait, when we finally reviewed the documents, a typo was found and the document had to be reprinted. This mistake was not made by us, yet we were the ones who had to keep waiting and adjusting our schedule to fix it. We are customers. When mistakes are made by the advisor, the responsibility should not fall entirely on the client. In past experiences with other banks, advisors took accountability and offered solutions at the client’s convenience. That did not happen here

Contrary to the review that was left for this Branch a month ago and the reply of the owner that says ATMs are typically open 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. that is NOT the case here! Hugely disappointed to get here at 8:50 p.m. tonight and it shows the sign that this one is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I wasted my time driving all the way up here to deposit and it's locked tight. I really wish that these branches would not only post the hours of the branch but also the hours of the ATM. I don't see the point in locking off the ATM a couple hours after the branch itself closes. Why can't the ATMs be unlocked to 10:00 p.m. so that their members can use our bank in the evening?

Johnny and everyone is so friendly and professional people and I love this branch and I recommend BMO to my friends. They never show any stress and rather go extra mile to help. I’m a bit disappointed with BMO’s lack of clear information regarding lobby access hours. The Google Maps listing doesn’t mention that the lobby — including the ATM area for cash withdrawals — closes at a specific time. This makes it frustrating for customers who rely on accurate hours, especially when trying to access their own money after regular banking hours. It would be extremely helpful (and more transparent) if BMO updated their online listings to reflect the actual lobby access schedule. Clear communication goes a long way in supporting customers who depend on timely and accurate information.
