Worst location Makes you wait while taking more customers majority of staff and manager are useless
As a client of several years at this bank, I had no issues at all until the arrival of Ali Bikhan. He started changing payment dates without my knowing, and then started charging fees because payments were not made on time. At the same time, he made it impossible to contact him about it. His boss, Alan helped a little, but Bikhan as usual ignored it. Finally I am happy to finish having any business with CWB but for months I couldn't get documentation about the completion of business loans. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism. Would not recommend.
The worst customer service. Didn’t realize it took 20 mins to do a simple transaction. The attitude of the clerks was not acceptable.
