BMO Bank of Montreal UNIT 1628 4567 Lougheed Highway

There is this lady blond hair and glasses, probably from Iran, I witness the agent speaking to 4 customers in a very desperate, unprofessional way. She asked an older lady to go back to the line because she was looking for her card, and she wanted to go with the next meanwhile, she spoke loudly to another woman in her wheel chair for stepping a bit closer of the waiting line saying she was overstepping on customer privacy and she ended up making me feel super uncomfortable for requesting a closure of my card. The man in a suite came in and she patiently waiting on him. Definitely first thing is customer service.

I have visited the branch two times on Saturdays to close a checking account that I no longer need and avoid paying unnecessary monthly fees. Both times I have been told that this can not be done on Saturdays (strange) but will be done during the week. I filled an authorization form. This has not happened in the last 10 days. When I try to call the branch, no one picks up the phone. Absolutely disappointed with the service. There is no way to do a virtual appointment too. For people like me that can not take off during the weekdays, BMO does not seem to have a solution. Closing all my accounts with BMO because of this experience.

On Friday, there were several new tellers, and I had to wait about 20 minutes just to make a deposit. Many office employees were sitting at their desks while the line kept getting longer. It didn’t use to be like this, but ever since the manager changed and the experienced tellers were transferred elsewhere, the service quality has noticeably declined.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Rahil Jamali for her outstanding service and support. She has truly been exceptional. I am a resident of edgemont village, North Vancouver, and together with my husband and children, we opened our accounts at the BMO edgemont village. A few months ago, I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had scheduled an appointment, but I was left waiting for an entire hour, and afterwards, additional issues arose. At that point, I was ready to close all of my family’s accounts with BMO However, thanks to the guidance and professionalism of Rahil , I reconsidered my decision. Not only did I continue with BMO, but I also opened a new business account. She has also advised me on several other important matters, the results of which will become clear in the near future. I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for her dedication, professionalism, and excellent customer service

My family and I have always had outstanding experiences with Ms. Rahil at BMO. She is highly professional, caring, and courteous. She always takes the time to patiently and thoroughly answer our questions, and she offers excellent support and guidance through every banking process, big or small. We are truly satisfied with her service and very grateful for all her efforts. Having someone like her at the bank is truly a great asset for the customers and a reflection of BMO’s commitment to high-quality service.
