CWB Trust Services 300 750 Cambie Street

Was talking to Tejal today to inquire how I can go about changing my direct deposit account. As I am not too familiar with this process I have to repeat what she just said and a few times I was wrong understanding her. The tone of her voice was clearly irritated. I asked her if she was happy and again explained to me the process which I already understood. She apologized with irritated voice and told her that her apology was not sincere even when she said 'bye' to me. If our conversation was recorded kindly listen and correct her attitude.

CWB stole money directly out of our bank accounts - after we cancelled and had switched to another insurance company; CWB continued to take monthly mortgage payments out for several months. When trying to resolve the issue with them; they tried to blame our lawyers saying the mortgage wasn't paid out on time; in the meantime, we continued paying the price. It was a nightmare. Despite still admitting no fault, and no actual attempt to resolve the issue, they did reimburse us about half of what they owed us, but they still owe us over $3,000 and its been months with no resolve! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! STAY AWAY FROM CWB!!!

I love CWT. Their representatives are very professional with a great customer service and very fast response time. I highly recommend this company
