We’ve been loyal BMO customers for over two decades, so we’ve seen the full spectrum of branch service—from impressively competent to “well, at least they tried.” But this particular branch has managed to set a new record by delivering the absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered. Truly groundbreaking. We went in for what should have been the simplest task imaginable: depositing a bank draft. Instead, we were informed—with great enthusiasm—that the funds would be held for seven days. Now, in the past (and this has happened plenty of times), tellers at other branches would actually try to help, either by releasing the funds immediately or at least reducing the hold. Not this team. From teller to manager, everyone stuck to the rules with the zeal of someone guarding state secrets. Flexibility? Problem-solving? Customer service? Absolutely not—those luxuries don’t exist here. For context, this branch moved locations about a year ago, and apparently every staff member was swapped ou
Came into the bank with a lot of banking to do for both personal and business. Kaylin was very patient and helpful through the process of getting all my banking completed. The manager Brandon was also eager to assist and get me out the door quickly. These guys never disappoint! Thanks BMO. I'm a long standing client over 17 years for a reason!
I’ve been a BMO customer for years, every time I go into the Langley branch, Christian has been my go to teller. He is knowledgeable and effective. He truly understands customer needs and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Christian is a great asset to the BMO Langley Branch.
Funniest part is thst despite being the owner of your money, you can't withdraw your own cash. But if you wanna deposit even 50,000. They'll happily deposit it but if you want that money out, they'll start making excuses , they pass you around to managers where you repeat the same thing mutiple time, and you end up with a sorry.. you could clearly see they dont want you to withdraw it. Like why??
I came to this location to withdraw some money with the assistance of one staff. Since then, my phone hasn't stopped ringing with spam calls and text messages from "BMO". Is the staff from this branch connected to a spam scheme?
