Irresponsible administrator angela, when being renewed without cause GIC questioned this, the administrator would only pass the buck and not give a reasonable explanation or solution. After that we communicated with the head office and got a solution but never got any communication from the branch. Really don't understand why such staff are managers. The solution she offered was initially that it could not be withdrawn only continue to be deposited for another 12 months, and only after I complained like the company did I get a final solution.

I would not suggest banking with this branch. There is a definite lack of critical thinking from the current manager and horrible customer service. I have made the decision not to support this bank at all. I ended up stuck in Richmond with no cash or bank card because their ATM screwed up. While they could easily retrieve the card, they chose not to. Most banks have similar products and rates and the main factor is customer service. This branch requires an overhaul is this department.

A bank that doesn't stay open for the working people. Closed on Weekends and only open 9-4 on weekdays. So trying to see a live person instead of an ATM is a little hard to do.

The staff is not helpful. very rude
