Young lady at the desk by the back entrance was not attentive and a bit rude to a customer. It was definitely not a pleasant experience asking her for help. But everyone else was nice.

🤦🏻‍♀️ I don’t know about Chase any more. I called the bank and was told to make an appointment to get euros. When I get to the appointment I’m told all I had to is get in line and order them. What was the purpose of making the appointment? I’m shaking my head on how dumb the whole process is and of course how the people lack intelligence to see they just wasted my time. I’m rethinking of choosing a better bank.

Wow couldn’t be more grateful to the teller Luis! We had a stressful day and he got it all fixed up for us asap! Very happy! Thank you Luis! 🫶

After reading the Google reviews, I had trepidations about going to this branch. First, the bad news: the ATMs outside are worthless and when they're broken, it'd be nice if the branch would post signage instead of making customers pull out their hair. The rest, though, was very, very good. They have a fantastic guy who directs you to the right place (i.e. the inside ATMs) and, when it turns out that it's been so long since you've used your PIN that you no longer remember it, he hooks you up with an associate to help you (and tell you about your pre-approval credit card). Best of all: no waiting in line! I was there on a Friday at around 11AM and they had more than sufficient tellers and I was finished in less than a minute. I'm sure it gets busier sometimes --but a Friday close to noon is generally pretty busy--but for me it was absolutely no issue. Special hat tip to the "floor manager" (my title for him) who assists customers. When I heard him interacting with other folks, he wa

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a scheduled appointment and waited for nearly 30 minutes, only to be refused service by Wendy Miranda, who was both unhelpful and dismissive. Despite providing all required documents—including my Social Security mail, passport, visa, and ID—she refused to assist me in opening a bank account. This was my first attempt to open a U.S. bank account on my O-1 visa, and it was unfortunately met with unnecessary barriers and poor customer service. Later that day I successfully opened an account in Capital One bank, where the service was smooth, helpful and friendly!
