I’ve had to step in a few times recently and all trips have been very pleasant. Staff greet you when you walk in, and are prompt in helping what you need and in a timely manner. Caught the name of the gentleman teller who has helped me a few times before, Miguel. He was very helpful and patient with my requests. I’ve been to several Chase and private clients branches in SF/LA and this one is likely top 3 of all I’ve visited. Mostly because of the staff. The building it’s in also has a cafe and cute lobby, and is around several food places and a string of food trucks on the weekdays. So as far as I’ve seen, this is the most easygoing Chase in the city.
