The worst experience of my life and would stay away with a 10 foot pole. I'm typing this as I'm withdrawing my business funds from their bank. My loan was complete by a loan officer in Michigan (where I practice) but was some how tied to the branch in California who held my loan hostage for months because the greedy branch wanted to take the loan from the poor girl. Not a single supervisor, manager, had any authority to remove it from the greedy loan officer in California who did not work on my loan AT ALL. But you'll be transferred around for months and months. The employees are greedy as they rather let a 7 figure loan go because of the beautiful branch in California. I truly hope that someone with power reads this and realizes the employees in California are not working in the favor of the company or client. Btw it's been months and still not resolved 🤣🤣🤣🤣 go with a different bank and save yourself the worst experience of your life.
