LUZ CRUZ IS THE BEST BANKER IVE EVER MET! She helped me when every other bankers (CHASE bankers) included just kept giving me the run around.. she fixed my problem in less than an hour while other bankers said it was IMPOSSIBLE! Truely the goat!

The people who work in this bank are some of the friendliest and helpful in all of NYC. As a lifelong New Yorker, that is the kind of thing that makes all the difference when deciding where I’m going and who I’m doing business with.

I’ve been a chase business customer for server years and this branch is one of the most constantly “out of order” branches. The ATMS fail to work 75% of the time. It makes making cash deposits on the weekends nearly impossible. This branch needs to focus on maintains their all hours business because it’s 2024 and it’s not like Chase doesn’t have the revenue to maintain top of the line banking services for their customers.

The tellers and staff of this bank are so kind and helpful! One teller, Sherma treated my 11 year old so kindly and helped him count up his piggy bank. (there was no line at all)
