Stopped by today to grab some cash and there was no wait for the teller. Very straight forward transaction and they quickly got me sorted out and out the door in 5 minutes. Very efficient staff. Wheelchair/stroller friendly with enough space to navigate the space. Bank was clean and staff were professional. Will come by here again.

Eric Kaz the manager and his staff are welcoming. Plenty of ATMs, Some newer electronic ATMs in the lobby. It’s nice to see a security guard here in the day and night time for security. August 2025: Security guards were removed they need them back. One good addition, was they painted the lobby

We went to this branch at about 2:45 today. We wanted to open an account with $1.2 million for International Transfer. We were told by the Manager that we could not speak with her (period). She wouldn't even speak to us about what we wanted. Needless to say, Chase will never see any of our banking business. She should not be in a managerial position; we wouldn't expect such behavior from the lowest ranking teller.

I'm not sure what it is about banks that seems to engender such tough reviews so I'll provide a boost for the staff with this review. On each of the last 6-8 visits to this branch, I have been cheerfully met with a "can I help you?" In addition, I have never had to wait in line for a teller and the assistance is always pleasant and professional. It is unfortunate that many other reviewers simply haven't shared this experience, but as I stated initially...there seems to be something about banks that just draw out the toughest reviews. One caveat, if this were about the 0.1% interest rates for savings accounts...please know that my stars would drop like heavy rain down to a review 0.1% stars BUT I realize that a local branch has no control over these aspects of banking so I won't fault them...and I certainly won't use them for that dimension of the business. So, these 5 stars were earned by the staff and the overall experience that I have had over time. Thanks.

My fiancé and I opened a joint account here today and it was such a good experience thanks to Oscar Pardo. Oscar was warm, friendly and so professional. He made the process very easy and his customer service was excellent. He is definitely an asset to Chase Bank! We will recommend Oscar and this branch to others. Thank you Oscar!
