I visit this branch once a week to handle my business account transactions. I have found the tellers to be very friendly, courteous and professional.
Horrible ! I would actually like to give this Location -5 Stars. 2 employees on staff, but no one can cash my check because teller is on lunch at 2 PM?
Tashfia, the teller, is the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. No need for that kind of attitude with customers. Three times now, she’s been very rude and short with me and the other tellers are perfectly polite.
Went to this location a couple of days ago. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Andrew who was very professional, skilled, and hardworking. I was in a rush to get some important paperwork and despite being busy with many clients, Andrew spent every second of his available time to help me out. I drove two hours to NY for an important appointment and without him I wouldn't have made it in time. Thank you, Andrew :)
