Holy molly isn’t this the best Wells Fargo branch in NYC or what??? The branch manager was very insightful, welcoming and helpful. From the moment I entered I was cared for and greeted very nicely. I want to specifically mention mr. Zaman he was incredible I have never met anyone this kind. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with my visit to this branch, they made me leave with a big smile on my face. Wonderful team. Thank you so much!

I’ve been a customer. For 5yrs At this Wells Fargo. And I have to say. The staff is always amazing. Young people working very respactfull and professional . The encore t is so chill and relaxed. I feel really safe when I go there . Thank you staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

I am a customer of this bank, and I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate behavior by the branch manager, Jesus. On multiple occasions, the way he looked at me made me feel uneasy, and on one occasion he stood so close that I was on the verge of screaming while staring directly at my cleavage. Additionally, when my daughter came in to open an account, he pressured her into opening two accounts and a credit card she clearly did not want; he even instructed his banker to open the accounts anyway, despite the banker’s visible discomfort and reluctance to do so. I have also spoken with other customers who shared that they, too, have been pressured by him to open accounts they did not want. The only reason I have continued banking with this branch is because it is close to my job. I am now speaking with my lawyer because this behavior is not acceptable. I would like a phone number to call so I can speak directly with someone from the company

Zaman is helpful for me to gave an information to open the account at Wells Fargo for the first time. I opened the credit and got approve right away. Ms Saraphena is a wonderful person, very professional , very calm, smiling, welcoming, patient and with 1000%positive energy, just passing by the branch boost my mood because I remember her. She is serving the customer with the best service , and I usually have my service done perfectly regardless how long the time she spent helping me. May she has the brightest career future ever.
