Santander Bank Branch 1350 Broadway Manhattan

Santander app states this ATM is open 24 hours. I arrived at 6:50 to find the place locked and unable to access the ATM—very frustrating. Please note, this branch ATM location closes at 5pm everyday except Friday which closes at 6pm as shown in images of hours posted on-site. Santander please update your app.

THE WORST. Making an external transfer takes 3 business days. No other bank is like this. If they let us know online or in the store, I would have withdrawn via cash or check instead. There is no way to cancel. My home purchase is delayed 3 days and we have to pay extra for housing. No other bank takes this long. Most are same/next-day transfers. Outdated and slow.

Rude lady that worked there made this bank to look very bad for me! Even that I bring them their letters that came to our mails. No thank u nothing. When I asked her about could she change the money! She told me no cause I do not have an account with them!!! She even didn't ask me do I want to open or not! No thank you! I would never come to this place any more!

Elmedina Sahmanovic is the best! She is always very friendly and goes out of her way to help even if she is busy. I am always provided with excellent customer service.

Was told by a teller to have a seat and wait for a banker. I waited for a banker for maybe 20 minutes and no one came to attend me. Mind you I was on my lunch break and they only had about two customers in the store. Made me waste my time and leave to another location that had faster more reliable service.
