There is a young girl at this branch — I believe her name is Kimjaal. She is extremely helpful and welcoming every single time I visit this location. No matter what time I come, she always greets everyone with a big smile. Even when other representatives are available, I prefer to wait for her because of the exceptional service she provides. Her service doesn’t just help me — even people waiting in line talk positively about her. One time when my business debit card was lost, I became very worried and had a panic attack. She calmly reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, I’m here to help you.” She even brought me water, made me sit comfortably, and helped resolve the issue by issuing my debit card. Her kindness truly meant a lot to me. What touched me the most was that when I visited again after a few months, she still remembered me and asked how I was doing. Highly do not recommend this location for your banking needs, even with common tasks like opening RRSP accounts. In my case, I booked an appointment in mid-Jan to open a RRSP account. Over a month of back and forth, Alex who was helping me, still hasn’t opened the account despite me following up with him multiple times over this issue.

We went to open a business account at this branch. We were referred to Sherry Chetram by the receptionist. She greeted us with warmth and a very caring attitude. She guided and helped us in opening the account with no hassle. Our experience at this branch was very comforting due to Sherry's calm and professional service.

I went to this branch for a draft. Chip and pin didn’t work. I presented my id (pr card) but the guy refused to took. He said it’s not on profile. My DL was expired and i applied to renew it, had the paper one with me. He didn’t bother to check that one. I work for bmo and you can check id on your true scanner if it’s genuine or not. He didn’t even check that. Spent lot of time with the manager and said he cannot help me. Authentication was not done properly. If otp wasn’t working he didn’t call to verify at first. Simply said he cannot help as i came from different city. Hey let me clear you any BMO customer can go to any branch for the service thats what we do with our customers. You failed to perform your basic job responsibility. Then i told the lady that I work for another branch and check with my manager. May be then he started offering me help. I wonder if he treats employees like this how much clients really matter to him??

Amazing experience working with Amany at the teller's desk. She had great communication, very transparent with what she was doing. Found many ways to help us save money & supported us with an emergency wire transfer. She was very considerate of my senior & immigrant dad. I only put 4 stars because of the long wait and lack of staffing but the workers are doing their best.
