**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Closing All My Relationships with BMO** My recent interaction with the branch manager at this BMO location was beyond frustrating and has led me to close all my accounts and relationships with the bank. The manager was arrogant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. I had an issue where my account was closed without any prior notice or follow-up, causing significant inconvenience. When I approached the branch for help, their response was appalling. Instead of offering a solution or taking any responsibility, they repeatedly stated that it was *my* responsibility to monitor the account, and that the bank "doesn’t care" about customer concerns. They even admitted that BMO doesn't provide heads-up or follow-up when account getting closed. I’m incredibly disappointed with how a recent meeting with a loan professional was handled - or rather, how it wasn’t. Let me start off by saying I don’t do my personal banking with BMO and I’m happy I don’t if their associates are this incompetent. When I’m signing paper work to change the date of a current loan, I expect it to be filed correctly. The individual I dealt with earlier this month didn’t exactly seem to confident in her job, but she was helpful at the time. Ensured me that she would email me if there were any issues but if I didn’t hear from her, all would be well. I assumed all was well as I didn’t hear a peep until it became clear that the automatic payment date was not changed. After calling both customer service and the branch itself, I didn’t receive a resolution until 30 minutes before the branch closed. The ONLY reason I’m giving two starts is because of the kind woman who helped me this evening and both confirmed the date change request has been fixed now and that

Worst experience of my mortgage renewal process I am Sunita saini’s client she never answer my calls and never respond to my emails. I have been in her contact from last three months every time I have to come to bank and ask everything she is very unprofessional and very dishonest person I ever met. She said she will do my work in one month and after one and half month I went back to branch she asked me to bring all those documents again with different dates and then she will process my file. And now we are so late in over process …. It’s really frustrating and horrible experience dealing with her.
