The TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM inside Square One is a fantastic addition to the mall. The recent renovation really upgraded the space and enhanced the overall banking experience. They’ve clearly invested in expanding both the layout and staff presence, which makes service efficient and smooth even during busy times. This is my wife's home branch and she has always had excellent banking experiences here. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's great to see a branch that prioritizes customer service and convenience — highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this TD Canada Trust branch, especially thanks to Monica. My friend and I were being helped at the same time, switching back and forth between transactions. We completed cash deposits, cheque deposits, updated an expiring debit card, adjusted account settings, and Monica also helped me book an appointment for a credit card application. The whole process took around 40 minutes, and throughout the entire time she was extremely patient, professional, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and never showed any impatience despite handling multiple tasks at once. Her service was truly outstanding and made the experience smooth and stress-free.
