Maria was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. The app was having issues, so I had to book an appointment. She made sure my account was fully opened and took the time to explain every step clearly. I’m very satisfied with the service and really appreciate her support

08.10.25 Total rubbish, completely useless, ATMs out of service more often than they are open! And the same explanation is still there, that it is being repaired again and will work again soon. 15.10.25 UPDATE I stand by my opinion and assessment; both ATMs are closed again today. The branch is open between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., so outside of these hours, there's no access to banking services, such as cash deposits. It's a disaster, just disaster. Besides, I hope this branch isn't just there to provide employment for a few people, but to help Barclays Bank customers. And it's not in my best interest to drive from branch to branch across the neighborhood hoping to find a working ATM with a deposit option.

Maria Evryviades was fantastic today in helping us sort out my mums account. The whole experience was very pleasant. Its made things a whole lot easier for my disabled mum.

Today 13th of January 2026, I really enjoyed my time while at the Tottenham barclays with Mr Hifzur. He made me understand so much about the barclays app. He is patient with good explanation. He is a good teacher if you ask me, and I hope he continue with like this with every other customers.

I'm really grateful for the service aleaya provided today as I came in without a card and was already exhausted before I arrived having forgotten my card. Aleaya was very friendly, she did everything possible to alleviate my anxiety. She processed my transaction through the app which allowed me to get money. I'm forever grateful to her
