First impressions were great. Welcomed by a very uplifting lady named Angelene. I was then dealt with by George who was knowledgeable, swift and went above and beyond. Final should out to door security whom I found friendly and full of character. First time I have been here and I was impressed.

I had a great experience at the branch today. I was assisted by Athena who had called me ahead of my appointment to confirm some details and was generous enough to move it forward and accommodated me between appointments. She was super helpful and efficient!

I went to Stamford Hill branch to set up my mobile banking and I saw Agnieszka. She helped me set up my application, she was very helpful and explained everything clearly. I was very happy with the service I have received. THANK YOU

The Personal Banker I saw today is named Aga…. Every time I have an issue I seem to end up seeing her!! I think she’s part of the furniture, as over the years she is the one who has always helped me. I am so grateful for her expertise and help as I would not have been able to manage without her.
