Victoria is the most efficient and lovely staff member that has ever helped me in a bank. She was patient and understanding but also so informative and incredibly helpful. Thank you for helping me with my situation! Joanna had the loveliest smile, and greeted me in the nicest manner as I entered the branch and was also so helpful in getting me a new account and showing me how to use the app well. I can’t thank either of them enough for their support last week. What great and valuable members of the team!

Also shout out to Tara who was also very helpful in the first instance when my card had been eaten.💯❤️

Visited this branch today to clarify some issues I was having with my App. I was dealt with by really nice young lady member of staff called Deepali who very patiently explained what I was doing wrong and made me feel good. A lovely person,hope she goes on to enjoying a long and successful career with Barclays.
