Here's a long overdue customer service experience review or comment at Barclays Bank Kensington High Street. I met Ms. Nadia (elegant, graceful, polite), Mr. Sean (generously spent time to attend to me), Ms. Manuela (pleasant & smiling, yet honest) Mr. Waiel (went out of his way to help me, yet professional), at different times. They were not only polite, professional, but merciful. They were all patient, eager to be of help too, & caring. There were times I didn't get the help I needed because the staff genuinely couldn't help, which was from a honest place. Here's using this opportunity to thank these lovely people for their services. I am grateful. Merci beaucoup.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at Barclays Kensington High Street. Firstly I actually managed to speak to a real live human being, secondly, he was so helpful, patient, intelligent and listened to what I needed help with with a truly amazing 'can do attidude'. The name of the extremely helpful Barclays employee is Umut. I highly recommend seeking him out if you require assistance. It was a pleasure to actually visit this Barclays branch!
