I went for the use of the cash machine, you can access both of your accounts and make transfers. The machine dispenses £'s rather than AED. They have great customer service, everyone is friendly and helpful. I haven't used them for any other services.

Poor customer service. As a resident in Uk, service is appalling and I have never been treated like this before. They don’t care once they got your money. Transfer process lack transparency. Only dishonest and incompetent organisation refuse to be transparent. No reply given when I asked about who is the responsible person or the details of the complaint department.

I needed 12 months of bank statements from my Emirates NBD UAE account on headed paper, stamped and certified... the wealth management team fulfilled my request and I was able to collect from phoning in to within the 3 hours it took for me to reach the Belgravia branch from the East Midlands. I've left the Emirstes and now can't access my account because I don't have a mobile registered in UAE, even though the phone is from UAE. Suggest security is.weakened immediately to allow me to take lots of your money. Say 1 billion dollars. Thanks.
