I want to highly recommend all the staff at Barclays Bank in Palace Street, Victoria , London . My mother (88 years young) and I went there to try and resolve a problem with her account . Their level of customer service is really more than 5 stars . They sorted it in record time , and in a professional manner. We didn’t have an appointment and we waited a short time. Even when we were leaving and I was helping my mother into the car from her wheelchair (we were outside the branch ) someone came out to ask if she could help . Absolutely brilliant crew and amazing experience - rare in the banking system !!
