Worst experience at this branch of Kotak. They failed to update address from aadhaar card twice! Officials denied to provide receiving of application.

I dont like manager , an arrogant person does not talk politely to people .bad staff obviously a private bank ,you cant accept these bank people to talk nicely unless you are a big client
