What's a customer service a application given on 19.11.25 but after 6 days branch has not closed the account and not given cr. To my account Applicant.. Archana Tripathi
Their services are extremely poor. Nothing gets done online, and for every task I am forced to visit the bank in person.
The Punjab National Bank is located at TT Nagar, Branch: New Market Bhopal, the staff are courteous and helping in nature. The bank has put banners for covid alert and tips to avoid corona but it does not have sanitation process for customers as SBI, New Market Branch has, all the bank employees are wearing mask. The bank has proper seating arrangements in waiting area. It has also has parking infront of the bank.
service is very poor i have requested for transfer my account from TT nagar branch to delhi. I have mailed and called 5 times but no body respond me yet. Still facing to much problem.
Sorry to post like this i never give bad reviews but this bank has worst service and staff os extremely rude
