Hi, I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the unprofessional experience I have faced at your IndusInd Bank MP Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh branch. Over 3 weeks ago, I visited the branch to update my mobile number. During the visit, your staff member Mr. Raj Kumar informed me that my KYC could not be updated because my signature was missing in the records, as the account was originally opened online. He requested copies of my PAN and Aadhaar card and mentioned that a physical address verification would be required before completing the KYC update. Since then, I have been following up repeatedly. Mr. Raj Kumar responded to my call only once and has completely stopped responding to subsequent calls and even my WhatsApp messages. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the bank’s customer service standards. Frankly, this experience has been worse than what I have ever encountered with public sector banks. I

Worst experience with this Indusind bank and majorly with staff. First of all no online service just to unlock the netbanking user id for LAS. Then when I filled all forms to do it, even after 1 week they are sitting on the request and never bother to pickup or reply to the calls or msgs. Really worst service. Do not seek any service from this branch. And finally the lady says its someone else work which I attended and I am not responsible for it.

Very bad experience... The staff is busy with their own work and they don't care about the customers. I paid all my installments on time but still the bank has spoiled my CIBIL

Very bad behaviour with me I opened my account at 10 September 2023 and after depositing amount my account is debit freeze by the bank. Not responding by bank. I am mail to all the official and nodel officer and manager director of indus bank. But no response 😕. Atleast after 20 days when i arrived the bank the bank employees are saying that address is not matching with my adhar card. So they debit freeze my account. What the hell. After holding my fund without my confirmation at 20+ days they said the employee who opened my account is leave the job. So that its late. They are blind? Is this the bank behaviour? 20 day's.
