Female staff is pathetic. I went for closing my salary account. lady told me come on Monday, today bank server is down. Not acceptable response, may be she is in Friday mood at 1:30 PM. On the other hand Mr. Gopal sharma is very helpful person. He listened all my query and gave me resolution.
I am a customer of Kotak Bank, Kotak Securities since 2004. The bank is conservative in terms of credit but good in terms of day today banking experience. The most odd thing with me has been high employee turnover. In past 13 years I had been allocated to as many as 22 Relationship Managers.
There no such place existing in name of kotak mahindra bank at that location. Google pls remove this place as I have suffered a lots in searching this place and found nothing.
One of the best bank in 2020 year with zero balance account opening facility via mobile app..
Pathetic services with absolutely no action taken on any issue. Always pacifying customers with just words but no action
