Kotak Mahindra Bank Basement & Ground Floor Shop No - 2A 6 BP Block A

I have been facing serious issues with this bank branch for several days now. My account was marked Dormant because it was not used for the last 2 years. Recently, money was credited to my account, but when I approached the branch to withdraw my own money, I was unnecessarily harassed. My biometric / fingerprint KYC is not working. The staff is asking me to submit Voter ID, but my Voter ID has a name spelling mistake, due to which they are refusing to proceed. Does this mean a customer cannot access their own money? As per RBI guidelines, if biometric authentication fails, Manual KYC is allowed, but the branch staff is refusing to do Manual KYC and is continuously giving excuses. I have been visiting the branch for many days, but they are just sending me back without any solution. The staff behavior is non-cooperative, and proper guidance is not provided to customers. I have deposited chq on 3rd oct 2025 but still not clear till 6th October 2025 as per RBI guidelines 5 4'oct 2025 on chq should be clear on same day even i have deposited one day early Even customer care saying that chq are not showing in system i have to pay the credit card outstanding that amount will be charged by bank who will pay
