IOB sec 12 Faridabad HR was one the best branch once now the worst branch due to behaviour of branch manager
Overall experience is good....but as you know it's govt Bank so it's crowded. Service is good by employees they'll help you if you stop anywhere. But the ATM machine is not working many times... It's down by 4 of 7 days.
Totally mismanaged. It takes 4-5 visit to get something done through the branch. Staff seems overloaded and try to postpone the work.
