Long waiting time , staff are not aware of the procedure they ask each other, even for allocation and operation of Lockers. One day they were searching for the locker keys ? Telling each other that "Mainey Aap ko Dia tha." PATHETIC.

Had the worst experience at this government bank. Had a disgusting experience just for getting an OTP. The staff person specifically named “Tamanna” is illiterate and have zero manners on how to treat the customers. She knows how to shout but doesn’t know how to assist the customers. Literally spoiled the whole morning by shouting and sending here to there just for an OTP. Prefer opening an account in HDFC or other where they value their customer rather than Canara bank because they don’t have any resolution or strict actions for disrespecting the customer. And cherry on top, going to branch manager to share your experience and then getting transferred to his manager for the complaint. No doubt, staff is learning from the manager. Happy to say, closed my account here :) Tamanna go to school again and learn some manners first!

We are following them for settlement of death claim of my father since last 6-8 months and being there more than 8-10 times , but still no results , I have already been able to settle closer of my father with findtransfer to Mom account in hdfc , Ella ha bad and sbi bank but still struggling with Canara bank .

Branch manager and the police guard are very rude and misbehaving. They think nobody can harm them as they are government workers. Never make your bank account here

Third class bank, you need to wait here for RTGS and E Transfers as the clerks will do them when they wish to be.. I suggest do not open bank account here, you should go for some private bank.
