Disappointed with my experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank. My account was upgraded by a bank representative with assurance of no additional charges, but later AMB charges were deducted without any prior notification or consent, and even retrospectively for past months. Despite multiple emails and escalation to Level-2 grievance, I did not receive a clear or timely resolution, and only a partial reversal was offered, which does not address the core issue of mis-selling and lack of transparency. Customers should be very careful and always get written confirmation before agreeing to any account upgrade.

Last week I visited in this branch for resolution my problem but there help desk executive ma'am issue a debit card the debit card Annual charge is 588. I asked to ma'am any another option where I don't have to pay just for online UIP they told me no option. After some time I downloaded New kotak mahindra banking app after that I do KYC there and aad adhar Card and transfer my stuck money in this AC to my primary AC. Then I go to branch agen for witch i booked my Debit card to cancel this. But she told me we don't have the option you have to try customer service I try there they told me after 48 hrs then I try they r not available to connect my call to customer care then I go to branch there Branch manager give me solution after lots of request for reversal but after 1 week till now they r not prosess my reversal. Then I call branch help dekh partion Mr. Akhil for resaulb my query but now Akhil tell me We don't have AC to transfer reversal and just today I call for that know they told

Pathetic Service they deduct the amount from my bank account with out any information or transactional message when i visited their branch they says , "tumney FD kar dia hai us amount ka " on investigation , it was found that they had deducted purposefully to increase their sales. Employee behaviour is pathetic in name of customer services.
