Pathetic branch. Worse than even any govt bank. I raised a service request and the landline number given to me for followup was of a dead phone. The landline number available on the official website is never even answered. Worst experience ever. Don't visit here.
The staff if federal Bank sec 18 Noida branch is very decent, polite and positive. Discharge their services in smily mood with helpful attitude. Infact they are beyond expectation. Wish their and federal bank bright and excellent future
I requested to close my account held at Noida Sector 18 Branch, and pay the amount due, on July 01, 2023. After two days, I didn't get my money. The staff are more interested in their mobile phone than customers. I remember that some years back, late Rakesh Jhunjjunwala said ' God save Federal Bank' and sold his shares of Fed Bank.
CASHIER BEHAIVIOUR IS VERY RUDELY.
