This bank is private but in it terms of service, it seems like a public bank. I went to get proof of address for aadhar card at branch that this fantastic bank has not yet added to Google Maps. The branch head was attending to me and I reminded of times back when there were practically no private banks. Sure, he didn't have a paunch but he was lousy. Also, the assistant branch manager was not wearing a face mask.
Very bad experience for my son Aadhaar biometric update. The bank use the govt extended facility - Aadhaar Centre for forcing customer to invest with them or buy their product. How can you force someone to spend or invest just for seeking Aadhaar update. I am planning to write to RBI about such malpractice by Bank.
Worst service. they don't create about user, specially the manager.
