I dont recommend this bank to anyone. My wife opened zero balance account in this branch and the employee name Charan told us that there wont be any minimum balance to maintain and there wont be deductions and hence proceeded for the zero balance account opening but every month amount is being deducted from my wife account. We tried several times to reach him out . He doesn’t responds to calls and messages properly and when we visit branch he tells us that it will be rectified soon. worst services by the branch.

Looting people with charges, bounce charges on loan, I raised so many requests to waiveoff my charges they didn't care about closing my loan shows 13k, 8k as charges but actual principal amount with interest is 4k. Loan SPLN81267318 Even though the recovery agents also fraud took an emi amount from me and never paid. I request from your end to remove or waiveoff charges in my loan account then I will clear my loan through kotak internet banking application.
